Accidental Death & Dismemberment Coverage
For accidental death of:
- $1500 - Named member

- $ 500 - Dependent children under 22
For dismemberment:
- 100% of DB - Loss of both feet or hands
- 100% of DB - Loss of sight of both eyes
- 100% of DB - Loss of one hand & one foot
- 50% of DB - Loss of one hand or one foot
- 50% of DB - Loss of sight of one eye
Coverage is dependant on payment of the required County Farm Bureau dues. Does not cover accidents occurring on a public road or highway and arising out of the occupancy or use of any motor vehicle.
