Board of Directors

The South Dakota Farm Bureau Federation is governed by an eleven person Board of Directors.

The President and Vice-President are elected to a two year term at the SDFB annual meeting by voting delegates representing their County Farm Bureaus.

SDFB is comprised of seven districts.  A representative is elected by each district to serve on the SDFB Board of Directors.  Directors serve a two year term and are limited to a maximum of eight years service.

The Board of Directors also includes the Women’s Leadership Team (WLT) chairman and the Young Farmers & Ranchers (YF&R) chairman.
